National Chrome Book Series
The National Chrome Book Series was written and illustrated by my late Mom, Jean Kazmierczak from 2007-2010. The series, while out of print, is now back in print as "The Diaries of Bus 8" in 2019 and is a collection of stories based on her 34 years of driving a school bus. The book is sure to enlighten you on what really happens inside a school bus! The "Diaries of Bus 8" book is available at www.amazon.com and the original National Chrome books can still be found worldwide at fine international retailers by doing a Google search for "National Chrome" or "Jean Kazmierczak".
Book Descriptions-
National Chrome: The interior of a school bus is a world of its own. This book of humorous short stories opens the window to this world. Parents will enjoy reading this book to their young children and all school bus drivers will respond by saying, “Hey, that happened to me!” If you can appreciate a profession where no two days are ever exactly the same, then you should become a school bus driver.
The diverse personalities of as many as seventy-two young passengers seated behind you can create both challenging and rewarding situations. At the same time you also have to safely drive that big yellow bus.
"I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I have enjoyed writing it."- Jean Kazmierczak
National Chrome Two- The Good, The Bad and The Indifferent: I was delighted with the enthusiasm that my first book National Chrome created. Hopefully, National Chrome 2: The Good, the Bad and the Indifferent will generate as much interest.
I was impressed to discover on the internet that National Chrome was being sold all over the world! I also want to thank all the school bus drivers who sent congratulations for writing a book on our profession. Many also asked for more…so here it is. ENJOY! A word of caution to parents: Several stories may not be suitable for very young children.
National Chrome 3: School Bus Antics: School Bus Antics reveals more bus antics and tells how I personally feel about retiring from my 34 years of driving a school bus. Hopefully, you have already purchased the first National Chrome and National Chrome 2: The Good, The Bad and The Indifferent. The internet still reports that these books are being sold worldwide.
